Insane office again...

Hellooo People.... this blog is coming back alive! I had to leave 9213(where myname?, Rancidspeak, Crimson Warrior and I was posting this blog earlier) and joined another company 31. We never knew that we all will be working together again!!!

Yes, all of us are again working together again! A friend of ours called us all to join the company he was working for and the offer was indeed good for us all to agree and join up. So we all did. What we did not expect was the amount of insanity at this place as well... and this explains why this blog has come back live. Rancid speak has already written about that today. Today's insanity is about salary. Its actually not a news that we knew only today, but I finally decided to write about it today. We aren't paid for this month yet. Well, that's not the insane part. Its about the concerned team which does not seem to be courteous. Well, Its not new that in small companies salaries and other expenses always depends on incoming revenue. And sometimes its natural that some deals doesn't come in time and salary will be delayed. This is absolutely normal. But what I expect is at least an email communication on the day prior to the salary day stating that salary will be delayed due to so-and-so reason and might take another week or 10 days.
That would have at least got the employees prepared for the delay. At least 3 out of 10 employees would have done something to survive this month. But nothing like that happened. If I call the finance guys and ask when the salary would be credited, "I'll let you know" is the answer but till now I don't know. And the funniest part is that the finance guy does not even seem to be concerned about it. With a very cool voice he says "Don't worry its not going to come tomorrow". Well then when??? If its not going to come tomorrow, its OK man.. at least don't sound irresponsible.

Well after all this I still hope that it will all change very soon(as long as I can survive till then).

Err....

I have a fucking small fucking feeling that this fucking blog is fucking up again!!

But its true, its been a very long time since we put in an update on the InsaneOffice blog. A lot of water has flown under the bridge since then. We have all grown older, not wiser. Guess that never will be anyways...

EnlightenedRogue seems to be bored of his work.

Me, RancidSpeak am pretty well mightily bored and want to take a break from work. Feel like going back home, taking a leave for a week, do nothing other than watch TV, listen to music and eat some home-cooked food.

FlamingCyanide is working in a different process and is kinda the only busy person now in our gang.

And for a bit o sad news, MyName? has left us all. Not to worry, he's not dead as yet, but will be joining a different job soon and will be working in a technical profile. Guess he is pretty happy on that note.....

On a smaller note, though these next are not members of this blog, they deserve special mention for their support and also for understanding what we are going through......

Playing the guitar

Well, this is a pretty rancid post...but what can more can u expect from RancidSpeak...so here goes....

EnglightenedRogue and me got to talking today about guitars.....and he said he wanted one to learn how to play. Me being the most prolific player in our team after Cyanide, said that I can help him get one. The topic moved on to other things and finally ended up with EnglightenedRogue saying that he talked to Cyanide about playing the guitar on somebody.

I stop there....the rest is up to your imagination - if you have one, use it!!

Team Outing... Another One!

Well, Long time no post... Here comes another one.

After a long time, there is another plan of Team outing. 2 teams together. Well, I can say 1 team was divided into 2 and few more added to it. This is time the same crowd will go minus Neo. Rancid, Flaming and myname? will be there and along with them... I. Not sure when thats going to be. But expecting it this weekend. Will describe how it was, once back.

Well, the time has come for one of us to leave this hell-hole. Well, it isnt exactly that or it is not exactly not that either......

But friends do make the place at least quite liveable....it was good fun to be on the same workplace with you, dude. The other good times out of office, having a drink, sharing a joke, talking about the Matrix...

Caution on cigarette cartons....

The subject is a misnomer in a way......

Well, well, had a chat with "brunettie" today on stimeame (acronym). I make a corny joke and she replies to that with a line you usually find on cigarette cartons. There is some conversation I forget just after this, but it then continues like this:
