Life goes on!!

Seems like a good day to post on this Insanity In the Office blogspot!!!

Me and EnligtenedRogue are in a different process as you all know and it is getting hectic!! I remember that last monday, I got close to 20 calls back to back!! And ended the day with 44 inbound calls!!

And there is the usual hiccups in getting a new process off the ground.....sometimes it is scary when you are SUPPOSED to know everything and also that when you ask someone for a doubt, you can be given a fiery stare meaning that you should have known that. And it is certainly harder for some people!! I quote, here, word for word, something that one of my colleagues mentioned to me on chat about these "persons"....

ME: i remember, she told us to close tickets of it was logged with KLJLSDKJK...
ME: or if we send a KJDKFJD request....
ME: now today, she was telling *%*** differently

ME: i dont think so.....

**@: these people r only fit to gossip, do theirs claims, giggle n hog n put on xtra fat
