Are we all getting a li'l sick n tired of taking calls from morons? I
certainly am......n to top it all the much awaited sip is becomin a
mirage!!!! with no respite in sight!!!! how long is this gonna
continue...........day in n day out v answer these stupid, nonsensical
callers.....with peabrains, (maybe i'm exaggerating!!! the size i mean)
Well.....now I've got something to talk about...today.....the situation in
the office today (been like this from the beginning actually) makes me wonder
about the limits of exploitation an organisation can go to..........I mean
how much can u squeeze a human being? I used to think that there's only so
much work you can squeeze out of someone....but no sir you'll be thoroughly
mistaken if you think so..........jes meet some of our top people n you'll
realize....like the story of a taxman who squeezes out a couple of drops of
lime thats fully squeezed and almost dead........our management guys can beat
them hollow a zillion times.......
For a team that requires atleast 15 our genius managers are making do with a
team of 6.........not even half the required staffing!!! can you beat that?
our plight'd put even bonded labors to shame.....
N for all this screwing......r v gettin paid enuff????? no sir...you are
grossly mistaken again, coz our company believes in taking away the perks n
privileges they give you coz its not "IN TUNE" with the market trends but
when it comes to paying they set a trend, of being one of the lowest in the
market.........of course there are a lot more companies vying for the top
slot I mean the bottom slot....n our organisation is fast approaching the
peak...oops again....fast approaching the nadir.......
n today our boss invites us to a mtng n says our figures r not showing
good!!!! not showing good......hey baby...u r showing good in ur red thongs
right??? then what will show good? v breathin our last while takin calls?
cant u f***in see that v all r bustin our asses answerin the calls from these
morons!!!?? r u so blinded by ur newfound top post!!! beware lady....u've
already stepped on ur way down by not valuing people who are working n instead takin
care of ass-kissers.........well if thats what u want....v may have to learn
new tricks, coz v aint ass-kissers....
