What do I call this???- Part 2

Hi everyone, Sorry, was not able to update this blog immediately after I had a talk. Here it is... I went and spoke to Tanya, but there is nothing much to say about it. As day by day this blog is getting famous, I actually dont want to take any chances. And the truth is the same expected insanity and nothing new. "if there is any thing wrong, just tell me straingaway and dont have to pul me to this distance" she said. But only I know that, since she was pulled this long the issue was taken seriously. therwise this is going to be just another time killer.

What do I call this???

Hi Everybody, I actually wanted to pen this blog only after I spoke with Tanya, But I couldn't resist what she has done to my scorecard. Its not the score that drives me wild, its just the way she have given scores. As everyone knows scorecard are made of different parameters. And whoever is the scorer he/she has to go by the parameters at any point in time. (that's what I call what a RULE is). But nothing goes like that here. I don't understand why did Tanya, mark me down for something and has not done the same for Lechery where even she has done a similar mistake. Either I should gain or she should loose. I don't bother if she gains or not.
I'm just bothered about my performance. Its only me and Rancidspeak are marked down. I'm sure there should be some discrepancies in Rancid's scores as well.
I'm going to talk to her about this today. Is it my star or is it the reality that I hmm.. rather we have problem with every @#$%ger. One did not know what to do, and this does not know how to do. What an irony. I'm going to talk to Tanya today. Lets see what happens. What ever happens, will come on the part 2 of this blog. I'm not partial to anyone and would not like to be a victim as well. Lets wait till I talk......

Seems like a good day to post on this Insanity In the Office blogspot!!!

Me and EnligtenedRogue are in a different process as you all know and it is getting hectic!! I remember that last monday, I got close to 20 calls back to back!! And ended the day with 44 inbound calls!!

And there is the usual hiccups in getting a new process off the ground.....sometimes it is scary when you are SUPPOSED to know everything and also that when you ask someone for a doubt, you can be given a fiery stare meaning that you should have known that. And it is certainly harder for some people!! I quote, here, word for word, something that one of my colleagues mentioned to me on chat about these "persons"....

SPAM....SPAM....SPAM!!!!!

Here we go. Yet another insanity at the office. Everyday once I come in to the office, I would have atleast 9 to 10 unread mails. Out of which 7 will be SPAM mails sent by my co-workers. I dont want to tell their names, as some you guys might know. All sorts of SPAMS that can irritaye you. One will be a chain mail which willl say " If you dont send this to 1 million people in 10 seconds you will go to grave in 5 secs and if you do so your dream will come true" the moment you read it you'll stop dreaming thereafter.

Come dont understans when they get time to do this. Do they do it as soon as they come in as their prior job? or make it a point to SPAM as many people as possible before they leave for the day? And also inbetween the day there will few mails that will which will a speedbreaker when you are working and trying to get some job done. If I ask them "Why do you keep sending SPAM?" their simple answer is "DON'T READ". (Does'nt it simoply mean that though you read or not I'm not going to stop spaming). Ahaaaaaaaaaaaa..... Cant stop few things in life. May be SPAM and mails can never be seperated. What do you say??????

Team Party!!!

Hi guys, Its me again. I just wanted to share the experience of the team party that we had yesterday. It was my new manager who started the topic of going out somwwhere. Then we decided to have one in a place called "censored". Its was SHOES and ALCOHOLICS together. Myname?, Crimson Warrior, RancidSpeak and I were together, yet again. Had good Boose and some food. Though the music was funky, we all danced for it. Before that we played a game which really did not turn out the way wee wanted. We all hoped that we could get a day off today after the party. But this time we were among the unfortunates. With all the drowsiness I had to walk into the office. RancidSpeak was also with me in the office. Crimson Warrior and Myname? are happily sitting, in fact sleeping in the house. Thats what is not tolerable. Noooooooooooooooooooooo.... I cant digest the fact that these animals are sleeping at home when Ransid and I are working here.
