Hi Guys, As you all know that we have lot of opportunities to get inspired and pen those details in this blog. Here comes another one.
As you all know I work for 9213. I have got the so called Hike. Not only me my co-workers as well. But I don't understand the motive of it. Generally in any company hikes are given as an employee retension program. But here hikes are given to boot people out of the company. I came to know that hikes are going to happen this month end. And as expected, it is happening this month but difference is instead of us its the government that's getting benefited. 9213 has given us all huge pack of what we call Peanuts. The problem is that we don't have enough bags to carry all the pea nuts. The hike amount is so much that it will push you to choose 1 among the 3 options below.

a) Leave the company
b) Leave the company
c) Leave the company

You can choose anything in this option and you will be benefited. That's for sure. I have chosen all the 3 options. Guys now its your turn. Please let me know your option in the comment that you would add.

Are we all getting a li'l sick n tired of taking calls from morons? I
certainly am......n to top it all the much awaited sip is becomin a
mirage!!!! with no respite in sight!!!! how long is this gonna
continue...........day in n day out v answer these stupid, nonsensical
callers.....with peabrains, (maybe i'm exaggerating!!! the size i mean)
Well.....now I've got something to talk about...today.....the situation in
the office today (been like this from the beginning actually) makes me wonder
about the limits of exploitation an organisation can go to..........I mean
how much can u squeeze a human being? I used to think that there's only so
much work you can squeeze out of someone....but no sir you'll be thoroughly
mistaken if you think so..........jes meet some of our top people n you'll
realize....like the story of a taxman who squeezes out a couple of drops of
lime thats fully squeezed and almost dead........our management guys can beat
them hollow a zillion times.......
For a team that requires atleast 15 our genius managers are making do with a
team of 6.........not even half the required staffing!!! can you beat that?
our plight'd put even bonded labors to shame.....
N for all this screwing......r v gettin paid enuff????? no sir...you are
grossly mistaken again, coz our company believes in taking away the perks n
privileges they give you coz its not "IN TUNE" with the market trends but
when it comes to paying they set a trend, of being one of the lowest in the
market.........of course there are a lot more companies vying for the top
slot I mean the bottom slot....n our organisation is fast approaching the
peak...oops again....fast approaching the nadir.......
n today our boss invites us to a mtng n says our figures r not showing
good!!!! not showing good......hey baby...u r showing good in ur red thongs
right??? then what will show good? v breathin our last while takin calls?
cant u f***in see that v all r bustin our asses answerin the calls from these
morons!!!?? r u so blinded by ur newfound top post!!! beware lady....u've
already stepped on ur way down by not valuing people who are working n instead takin
care of ass-kissers.........well if thats what u want....v may have to learn
new tricks, coz v aint ass-kissers....

Hi Guys, How are you people? Hope things are fine with atleast you guys. I just got another inspiration to add a number to this blog. As you all know I'm a hard Worker. I work the B#$%^ out of my A$$. Not only me everyone in the team are doing something most productive for which we are paid, 'We are all on Calls'. I think it just takes a open Eye to see that everyone are on call and not dancing or fooling around. But still we have some one in the team call Tanya who just cannot see that. Her favorite little words are, "Guys there are 5 calls in the Queue". I go mad when I here that. Am I dancing or f$%^#$% around??? Am I not working?? Not Only me the entire team will be caught up with calls but still I don't understand what shuts her eyes from seeing it.
Let GOD make her understand that we guys are really working and not just walking in and out. Tanya has no better job than walking in and out or sending messages on sametime. But we are not like that. When we are damn busy with the calls where we don't even have tine to go to lunch at the right time, she comes up with S&!#. On top of al that she will invite us all on conference in sametime and expect us to reply immediately. "Cant You see that I'm on call?" I seriously want to fix this up straight. Just waiting for some things to come in handy so that my a$$ will not burn.

Office.....depression!!

Office seems to be the reason for depression nowadays....wonder why!! I think I am on the verge of a great big depression that will wash away my will to live or come to office!!!

I was so pissed off that I was sending messages to one of my colleagues - 11thy that she should not hesitate to shoot down some people or waste them off - preferably with cyanide. Hmm, seems like they deserve a more painful death actually!! So how about letting them slowly bleed to death.

I am having daily chats with another friend of mine on depression and the art of getting through the day... Somebody give me a break and give me a month of leave!!! I NEED A FRIGGIN BREAK!!!!!!!

Or I swear, someone will face my wrath one of these days!!!!
